Stage Two provide equipment and facilities to communicate, motivate or entertain, whatever the event. Stage Two has been based within Hertfordshire area for the past 44 years. From its small beginnings it has established itself as one of the largest hirers of audio-visual, sound, lighting and conference equipment in the area.
In addition to audio-visual equipment hire, we stock an extensive range of public-address systems (indoor and outdoor), theatrical lighting, disco sound and lighting, staging and conference sets. We also offer services including repairs and servicing, installation and maintenance of equipment, purchase and supply of equipment and consumables.

Services
We are a small family business, starting out way back in the 70's as a DJ company, then by the 80's we had expanded into Audio Visual Hire and Installations and more recently we have been working with an expert in Team building and entertainment so we can be your "go to" company for all your requirements.
We are proud to remember our roots and still provide a cash and carry service. This is particularly popular with customers who are having a celebration in their home or venue, you come and collect and return the equipment from us. Providing a PA System to allow all attendees to hear at a Socially Distance Graveside Funeral.
Since 2020 the way we hold meetings, conferences and events has changed. Stage Two is still here to work with you to provide the event you are looking for. We work with multiple platforms and whether it is a family gathering, a small meeting to AGM or public live streamed event we are able to assist.
LCD projectors will take a feed from a computer, Blu-Ray, DVD player, video recorder or any image producing device, and project the image up onto a screen. Projectors can be used in conjunction with additional "repeater" screens to allow a wider audience to see the content clearly and with ease. Our projectors can cater for all of your requirements however large or small your meeting.
Everyone claims to be experts in Team Building now, however, not everyone has over 20 years experience in working with Blue Chip companies to Small Businesses. After discussing your objectives and requirements with our team building specialist we tailor make a package for you, to deliver what you need.

Hired lights and speakers for a birthday party. Set up was easy, however there was a fault with one of the lights. Tried contacting Stage Two but they close at 1pm on a Saturday. An e mail was sent to Stage Two asking for help but unfortunately they did not respond. Had to buy some disco lights to brighten up the dance floor. a real disappointment for my daughter and her friends.
Since the party, we have had no positive response at all from Stage Two. I would not recommend Stage Two. Their customer service is appalling.

Everything started very well and I was incredibly impressed with service offered, however, this went quickly down hill. The lights I hired didn't work and they have refused to refund me, even though I have sent pictures proving they did not function. There is no out of hours support (Saturday afternoon!) to help if you do have issues with equipment which they were quick to point out they had no obligation to offer! However, if it is not offered they cannot then dispute the fact we could do nothing about the lights not working - I have all proof of the fact that I tried to email and call them on
