I have worked as a self-employed heavy equipment operator and instructor for more than the last decade all around the globe.
I am rarely motivated to review any company unless they break contract and I feel compelled to warn others, however in this case the opposite is true.
I can honestly say that LNS have excelled in their role, demonstrating integrity and an honest, open approach that has frankly been a breath of fresh air in the recruitment industry.
Through LNS I have had some excellent opportunities with new clients, whilst having the peace of mind that I KNOW that I will be paid on time

Never worked with this agency , first time I heard from this agency was on Friday.
Watt(agent)call me in the morning at 8:43 and gave me a job in Watford for nexts Monday ,he sent me an email requesting all the documents, i've reply straight away with all my documents .It all seems to be fine but I have not received any confirmation and the address of the job ,so sent another email to him but yet no reply.
Eventually I called them back at 14 30 and discover the that job was filled and this guy Watt couldn't be bothered to do me the courtesy of an answer.
I hope you do better in future , having

Having not really worked with agencies before I was a bit apprehensive but I need not have worried as I’ve been on a job for Lns for about 6 weeks and they have acted perfectly with everything they have done.

Anyone looking for an on the ball Agency offering a wide range of positions should give them a call. I always found them to be professional and helpful.

I've worked with Antony Vidler for over 4 years. He's always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I have always been paid exactly as agreed and rates are some of the best in the industry because Antony tries really hard for his recruits and my experience is that he genuinely cares that people are paid well and on time.

Not a good recruitment agency, first weeks pay has been a nightmare, been chasing for it all day. Very rude employees at payroll company and “funding” company, staff at Lns are friendly until you want your money then they don’t answer the phone. The managing director Anthony is extremely rude and will reply only by text like he is one of your mates, I strongly suggest staying well clear of this mob.

Worked for LNS Recruitment now for the last 6 months, always do that little extra to help there lads onsite even if our requests are sometimes more that we should ask. Once set up for payroll then its a seamless process each week, money and client expenses always paid in full. 5 Stars to Anthony and the team @ LNS. Here's to many more months / years of good work together.
