Fantastic accountant.
It's one thing to be very knowledgeable in a space (which Lisa clearly is) but it's an entirely different thing being able to explain that stuff to people that aren't nearly as clever (like me)!
Lisa's able to find that perfect balance of conveying very important messages in a way that not only makes sense but also doesn't sound particularly scary (which HMRC letters often do)! She mixes a great blend of formality and friendliness and I can't recommend her enough. You're in safe hands here.
