All those reviews on here saying its expensive and not good service etc are u all sure u have the right place? Iv been using this service for 4 years iv never heard seen anything like u have described i have always found they are polite helpful genuine honest and really nice yes I admit its a small family business so its bound to get busy and u may have to wait a day or 2 for ur items but that I would say is normal ...places like Morriston which I saw on here which people say they are going back to use then go ahead if u need ur items done straight away and good luck with that as thats never a

Friendly and professional service. Taken duvets (summer and winter), dresses, silk pashminas and suits, to be cleaned. I have been using them for a couple of years now. The newsagent, Kingswood Kards, in Kingswood High Street, also accepts dry cleaning, for Steam Gleam, which is also very helpful (at no extra cost). Very reasonable prices.

Run by a mother and son, the service is great when mum is around. As soon as she's out of sight, it's terrible. Walked there today and the shop was shut, even though the times advertised were 9am - 1pm. Turns out mum is away on holiday and son just hasn't bothered opening up. Not the first time. I've been at lunch before and the son has shut the shop for a two hour lunch (with only a one hour break indicated on the sign). A real shame that his bad service is costing a good business money. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
