Absolute saviour for my tiny size feet! Have ordered several pairs of shoes and all have been a very good fit and affordable. Most on line shoes stores cost double so finding these was just wonderful. They have shoes in stock and also made to order, shoes have all arrived within the 3 weeks stated on their website and have been a very good fit. Jo was especially helpful getting my correct size for me when I wasn’t sure which to order. Defiantly recommend this company, both customer service and shoes have been fabulous

Awful experience. Ordered from the website two times. First order took about 2 months to arrive. I tried getting in touch with the administration multiple times, never got any response. When my shoes arrived, they were 2 sizes bigger than what I originally ordered. So I sent them back and requested a refund. After being angry about the whole situation, I decided to give smallfeet a second chance and I ordered another pair of shoes. The exact same thing happened. Late. Wrong size. No communication from the sellers. I decided to actually ring up the company and complain. The only response I got was

Mixed order up & send wrong items my order to someone else. Advised that person seemed to be out of the country. Promised urgent reorder as was unable to have final prom fitting until shoes arrived. Had to keep chasing up & was advised stuck at imports! Eventually got them but of poor quality with marks & defects. Shocking customer service and communication. Shoes are of a much poorer quality than something you would buy form New Look for £17.99

Purchased several pairs of shoes for my wife for christmas from small feet shoes and she is over the moon with them. She has struggled for years to find shoes in her size so finding this company has been a godsend for her. Found customer service to be extremely helpful when speaking with them, both via telephone and emails. There was a delay with deliveries as the items i ordered was made to order and with it being xmas they was very busy but they kept me up to date.
