It was from humble beginnings on returning from war in 1920 that Arnold Laver used his savings to set up a timber merchant. Deliveries were made by handcart and within a year the business was doing well enough to purchase 'Charlie' the horse, who helped improve the delivery service.
The Company prospered and diversified and in 1960 Laver Leisure was established at Sealands, the start of 13 parks and over 1,750 holiday homes located at Ingoldmells, near Skegness.Our commitment to the region goes without saying and equally we feel our reputation, within the local community, has been fundamental in our success.

Owning your own holiday home on a Laver Leisure Park, allows you to enjoy endless holidays from March to October - and it's not as expensive as you might think.
This allows customers and visitors to quickly and easily connect to the internet and browse the web, access their email or use social media. Which is ideal if you want to share those great holiday images with your friends and family! Note: WIFI cannot be purchased on this webpage. We absolutely love this site, we loved it so much we brought a caravan on it. Jeff is absolutely lovely (Works in the office and does all the handy work on site). Dave the owner is also very friendly and will have a natter if you see him. The site is always so clean. It has direct access to the beach, a shortcut to the strip where the food eateries are, we just love our van on this site. All the site owners are friendly and welcoming and will always say morning. Below is some pictures of our caravan. We do hire it out also.
