Emma Cooke and Ryan Millward have been friends since 2009 and decided to set up Millward, May & Co together in 2014. With Emma's audit background and Ryan's small to medium sized business expertise they make a great team. Their individual skill sets complement each other and they both have the energy and enthusiasm for getting the best for their clients.
We provide a bespoke limited company service as we know all of our clients are different. So whether you just need your annual accounts and corporation tax return completed in line with statutory requirements or would like additional services such as bookkeeping, payroll or VAT we are happy to help.

Team Millward May & co are proactive in identifying issues and offering a plethora of opportunities on where and how to save money. From teaching sessions on how to use Xero & FreeAgent to identifying the best bank account for me. I feel like they have fully supported me in self employed/starting a business adventure. I have contacted Millward, May & Co twice to have initial conversations about tax and contracting matters. Each time they (Emma and then Ryan) have been friendly, professional and helpful and acted only in my best interests - so much so that their initial free consultation advice meant there was no need to go any further...
