Our experienced, friendly and trustworthy staff are the key to our success at Domestic Matters, and the reason that we have so many satisfied customers across the Fife and Kinross area - now including Cupar. We know that new customers can be wary of letting people into their home, however much they want a helping hand with the cleaning or ironing.
That's why we believe in providing a personalised, friendly service. This also helps our cleaners know how best to spend their time working for each customer, to give them the biggest help they can. Not only are all out staff vetted, but they're also highly experienced cleaners. Many juggle family and work themselves, they know what is needed to give customers that helping hand when it comes to keeping a clean, tidy home.

Services
Providing a personalised cleaning service to help you enjoy your home, rather than doing the chores!. Most people find cleaning their home a chore: it's the last thing you want to do when you get in from work and it takes up valuable leisure time that could be spent enjoying yourself with friends and family.
No matter how house proud you are, the busy life we live these days means it can be almost impossible to keep up with the cleaning. Among house-sharers and families it's a constant source of dispute; for working people, an unwelcome chore after a hard day; and for the elderly some tasks are just too much.
Whether you've let food bake on to the base, or just have the inevitable grease build-up around the corners, your oven will smoke and smell if you don't get it clean. But those deposits are so hard to shift! Actually, they're a little easier if you have the right equipment, cleaning products and skills.
The level of cleaning required when handing over a flat is a very common cause of dispute at the end of tenancies. On the one hand, the landlord usually feels that they handed over the property in a spotless condition, and they rightly plan to ensure it's spotless again when the next residents arrive.
It's not only homes that need cleaning. Sometimes the whole building needs doing! Whether this be as a One-off Clean, or as part of a regular cleaning schedule, Domestic Matters can send experienced, trustworthy staff to clean your building. Communal areas in particular can be a bone of contention when it comes to cleaning.

As my mum has mixed Dementia, it is difficult to deal with people she doesn't know and I have since discovered she didn't say much in case she got a row. I was to check after the initial cleaning session that I as mum's Attorney was satisfied before a Standing Order was set up through my parents bank account, thereby setting in place a contract in Scots Law. We’ve been with Domestic Matters for over 5 years and they have been excellent. Their cleaners are always on time and they go that little bit further with touches to show that they care about our home. So happy with them and couldn’t do without them.
