The iREST 8 WEEK MEDITATION COURSE is a body centred, guided meditation practice for self-regulation and care. It is derived from an ancient yogic meditation practice and has been developed over 45 years by clinical psychologist Richard Miller, PhD.-A simple self-paced program offered in a group which focuses on physical, psychological, and spiritual health.

Introduction to yoga course is a great option if you are a complete beginner, as it gives you a sturdy foundation in which to explore. Some people wear baggy, loose fitting bottoms and a t-shirt.
Although it would not have been my first choice to take a course like this online, I quickly adjusted and it would encourage me to look into other online courses. I felt it was easier to fit into my day, easy to log on to, no travel involved. It worked very well, it was very accessible and convenient - apart from a couple of evenings I had difficulties with broadband.
