Services
If you wish to return goods for any reason, please return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Include the reason for return/exchange and outline any specific details to ensure it is clearly received upon return. Returning items must be returned in the same condition as which they were received; unworn, clean and with the original labels attached.
We aim that items that are in stock to be dispatched within 5 to 8 working days, if not sooner. Some orders might be sent as part shipments to avoid longer delays. Items are dispatched usually by DPD on a next day delivery service. To track your order, contact us. Bespoke orders will need to have time allowed to be made especially for you, which we suggest will take 8 to 12 weeks.
We supply uniforms to the funeral trade, hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, choirs and bands. We supply bespoke tailoring to private clients for casual wear, work wear, country sports, weddings and Royal Ascot. We also have provided costumes for film and television productions. We do have an in-house showroom where we can host appointments on request.
Our iconic Ambassador overcoat is made from the finest quality wool cloth, with a beautiful subtle 'Venetian finish' sheen. This fabric is the ultimate luxury, paired with a hardwearing black velvet top collar that really sets the look off. It's a hardwearing cloth worth investing in for years of practical wearing.
The Taunton is a Teflon coated raincoat; practical and sturdy in design, and suitable to face a rain shower. The fabric resists water, so can be worn in a light shower or when the weather is changeable. This raincoat has a collar that fastens very high on the neckline, which again acts as a barrier against bad weather.
