Our work load is this pandemic has increased and with the future uncertain I did not want my business to purchase new vans . We have a van here permanently on Hire from Flex Drive and have done so for the past six months .
They supply new vehicles all under the manufactures warranty and they have a good understanding of our industry Their service level is of a high standard and they are very professional. I have got to know the team at Flex Drive now and we like working with them

I hired a van from these guys for a couple of hours and they took £300 deposit from my credit card which I was told will be returned within 21days upon return the Van. I returned the Van on time and the guy inspected it and was happy with his Van. The short lad assured me I will get my money back. I have been chasing for my deposit since last year and they have been giving me excuses after excuses. One time I was told the guy who gave me the van no longer works for the company. I had to tell them u operate your business from your house ..its a flippen family run scam. Pliz be advised no matter

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I wished I had researched reviews more before choosing this company! We only opted for them as all big companies had sold out of the size vans we needed. My fiance was promised her £500 deposit back within 14 days. We chased after 14 days and the guy said it had been processed and will take 3-5 days to hit the account. We are still waiting, complained and now the company hang up everytime we call chasing the deposit refund.

Unprofessional. You have to chase these guys to get a reply. They then re adjust the price according to how often you would call back. I called back twice and on the third time they quoted me £280(what I was told at the beginning was £250) £30 extra per week, because someone else is ready to pay £270 and have put a deposit. Now they asking to pay £280 and pay deposit!. CARZY! ITS AN AUCTION. I am sure if someone have put deposit you can not give it to someone.
