Named after the notable recalculate button on Microsoft Excel, the weapon of choice for Accountants, F9 has its roots in Canary Wharf and was originally devised to service the Banking and Financial Services PSC Contractor market. We have now serviced over two thousand clients expanding our offering across multiple sectors.
We endeavour to provide fixed fee quotations for most of our work. This provides our clients with clarity and certainty and places the risk of overrun firmly with us. Our fixed fee engagements are based on an evaluation of anticipated time, complexity and risk. Each engagement is bespoke and specific to your needs.

As a director you have requirement under the Companies Act 2006 to produce statutory filings throughout the life of a company, and it should be noted that breaches under certain provisions of the act are a criminal offence. In addition to yearly reporting, depending on the scope of your business, you may also have far more frequent and intense filing obligation, each accompanied by a unique and punitive penalty regime.

F9 provide a brilliant service to my businesses.
In particular, transitioning from paper invoices and receipts to electronic filing of accounts was a worry for me initially as I had always collected this information with an old fashioned approach. Since switching over to Quickbooks, Jamie and Lewis have made this process seamless and are always patient when explaining how to use the software correctly making me feel reassured that I’m doing the right thing every step of the way.
The team collectively provide a first class service so that I can focus on continuing to grow my business.
