Everything is designed and handmade by me in my pet/smoke free home. I try to specialise in the 'impossible to buy' costumes and hat kits.

If you are not happy with any of our creations, I will cheerfully exchange them or refund your money within seven days of receipt as long as the item is returned in perfect condition.

The best way to contact me is through this website's contact form. I will respond as quickly as possible (sometimes right away, but if not then certainly within 24 hours during weekdays). I'm often responding during weekends too! Yes, you may pay with a credit/debit card using Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.
