It's OK. Little over priced, sometimes low in stock for what I need.. staff a little erm unknowlagabke on some aspects.. not very helpful or happy ( moaning about management)...
I like the baked treats when there there 3 for £10 although over night it's gone up to 3 for £12

Great little place for general pet supplies without having to go to pets at home. Some stuff is actually cheaper too. We got this 2 storey cage for £120 which is great value 😃 lots of parking, and easy access of the m621. Helpful friendly staff.

I can’t believe I have only visited here for the first time and my pup is one next week ! The staff are very knowledgable, helpful and clearly love what they do. I will be back with pup next time he really will be in his element ! Thanks again for your advice and help

It's like a visit to the supermarket for myself and my fur-Baby. Theres a deli/Bakery also selling Doggy biscuits etc!. Homemade. my pooch loves this counter. I go to the one in city Centre all the time after discovering this store which is literally down the road from us with Lots to choose from we will definitely be back.
Friendly staff. Within a retail park near to the M62 and Ring Road Cottingley.. Highly recommended. 😊👍❤️

Just been to the new dog groomer today with my nervous senior Yorkshire terrier due to a bad experience with another groomer from start to finish top class service he was put at ease from getting him there to leaving would highly recommend

Absolutely love this store. Took our 14 week old Frenchie for his 1st bath & groom. We bathed him at home & he hated it so was abit worried about how he would react. I needed have bothered because when we… picked him out he was super chilled out. He looked & smelt gorgeous. Lexa & Hannah were amazing with him & will definitely be using them again. Also go to this store weekly for toys & treats they have an amazing selection 😀

Fantastic service .. went in to pick up a dog coat for my 11 year old westie.. couldn’t have asked for better service and assistance .. Tracey who has westies herself advised me on coat measurements, even trying them on Cooper to ensure a good fit... she also advised me on dry food, giving me samples of small breed and sensitive foods to try ...
Excellent service .. we will be back when the samples have gone for a full size purchase...

Visited the Harrogate store at the weekend with my pup. He’s nervous with harnesses but the staff were very patient and helpful and sorted us with something suitable. Would highly recommend! The staff were very knowledgable and took the time to help us! Thank you

Hipperholme store - Asked for a curb side collection and the staff were very helpful. Bought the card machine outside so we didn’t have to go in the store and had our items ready when collecting. Thank you for being so understanding. Very helpful and will continue to visit.

A great pet shop, especially for smaller pets like rabbits. I often find that shop cater more towards dogs and cats but here there was a really good range of treats, toys, and products aimed for smaller animals. The shop assistant also said the range of items changes too so will be visiting again to try and get different things for my rabbit.

Best place I’ve been to. The Customer Service from all the staff there was so nice, a young lady helped me try a collar and harness on for my dog and gave him loads of attention. When I go to pets at home and Jollyes I hate how they try to sell you things and try tell you what you should and shouldn’t have. At paw prints they were so down to earth and friendly. Definitely going to be the place I go for all my dogs things now

Peanut came here for her groom today. She had loads of fun the staff gave her lots of love and attention. She looks gorgeous after her groom. Got lots of treats, a new toy and her raw food for the week. Definitely going to be a weekly trip. Poor baby is absolutely pooped from such a fun morning and long walk. Took only 45 minutes from Holbeck with little legs over here.
