Electrical fault finding and repair can be very difficult and costly. Our technicians have had special factory training to help with fast diagnosis to help keep costs down. Our dedicated engine building technician has over 35 years of experience in the trade. If you need valve clearances adjusting, a top-end refresh, a re-bore or a complete rebuild then we can provide the service you require.
We are also able to find you your perfect bike, saving you all the unnecessary hassle that can come from buying online. We can collect and deliver your new bike from anywhere in the UK. We pride ourselves in supplying quality parts and accessories from R&G crash protection and accessories, Silkolene Oils, Yuasa batteries, genuine and high flow filters including K&N.
We have invested in the latest diagnostics equipment and now cover virtually all major manufacturers' diagnostic functions. It helps our technicians to diagnose problems and make faster repairs which means you save money. Our equipment can view ECU data, read stored fault codes, erase stored fault codes, display live data/parameters, run diagnostic tests, and make certain adjustments including injectors, ignition, coils, fuel pump etc.
We replace your helmet and kit, and can also supply suitable bike hire, delivered when and where you want it. Most importantly you can have your bike repaired here at Lancaster Motorcycles. In the most extreme cases, if your bike is deemed a write off, you will receive a cheque for the bikes pre accident value, plus you get the option to keep the bike!
One of the biggest issues facing our customers lately is fuel problems. Modern fuel contains bio ethanol, and other additives, this can cause problems for older bikes equipped with carbs that are not in regular use, clogging up the internal workings and blocking up the jets, which is why we have invested in the latest ultrasonic carburettor cleaner.

I recently took my bike into LMC to have my exhaust replaced, and a problem occured where the screws attaching the exhaust to the bike had become so rusted that they actually snapped in half while the exhaust was being removed, resulting in half of the screws becoming stuck inside my bike. The guys at LMC spent a lot of time attemtping to get these screws out, and tried every method they possibly could. Just when it was beginning to look bleak as the bike would have to be outsourced to a different company to remove the screws, potentially meaning that I would have to go weeks without my bike, the

My Kawasaki Z750 had been garaged for 2 years, and needed lots of work including , 2 tyres, service, MOT, electrical issues to name a few to get it back on the road.
