This is the second time I have used this hairdresser and this is the second time I have been let down.
Last time the colour was wrong but the cut was good but they did kindly rectify the colour free of charge.
This time, as you can see by the photo, the cut was a monumental failure!! And it's not like they hadn't enough hair to work with at the start.
I was looking for a fresh new look not a middle aged, frumpy and dated one.

Through disorganisation on my part I came to Capelli for a Brazilian wax instead of my usual salon and I'm really glad I did. I was made to feel at ease, they were professional, attentive and we had a giggle in the process. I highly recommend them for beauty treatments of the sensitive kind. I'll be booking with them again.
