Zappas launched in 1989 with our Bean Oak Road salon in Wokingham. This salon is brilliant! I have really curly hair and Jasmine really knows how to look after it and knows what my hair needs. Dawn is also really friendly every time I go there. I am not forgetting the juniors too they are all good all do really good hair washes especially Liliana and Ellie T. Keep it up Zappas!!!!!!!

I have used Zappas for awhile now and I have never been let down by them. Always friendly and courteous. Booking is available online which is extremely convenient. My particular hair dresser 'Jody' is absolutely amazing but all the staff are lovely. I've never really enjoyed having my haircut but I look forward to it now.

Billie at Zappas Fleet is, quite frankly, a genius. I have been coming to her for a couple of years now and have loved every cut. Billie is always happy to offer advice on changes to fringe length / how to tame the one bit that likes to be awkward or how to get rid of the length at the back that I never dry properly. Have recommended Billie to several friends and family members and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.

Very friendly and welcoming at this Zappas. We had been to others but this was a first for us at the Fleet salon. Gosh what a difference it makes to have understanding staff who get your likes and dislikes and on top of that an excellent cut and colour. My hair feels amazing.

Love, love, love this salon. I go and see Kayleigh and can honestly say I trust her completely with my hair. She has rescued my hair twice from dodgy hair colours (previous salon) and is a whizz when it comes to colouring. I really like the fact that Zappas invest in their workers and there seems to be on going training and opportunities to help develop them further.
I love the customer service I get at the salon, wide range of beverages, little snacks and I always enjoy the massage chairs at the hair wash.
Honestly can't sing the praises of this salon more, a really professional, personal experience
