As a DVSA driving instructor for over 17 years based in Falmouth Cornwall I have the a wealth of experience and knowledge with the enthusiasm, passion and I enjoy the whole process of taking my pupils right through to succesfuly passing their driving test, my aim is to make your driving lessons fun.You will be learning to drive with a fully qualified driving instructor with a high first time pass rate.

In the practical test, you will be asked two 'show and tell' questions about safety and maintenance checks on your car. Getting one or both of them wrong will count as a driving fault in your test. Knowing that someone is watching and judging your every move can be pretty bizarre as well. Before you do any driving you'll be asked to perform an eyesight check and then be asked some vehicle safety questions.

Tell me where you'd find the information for the recommended tyre pressures for this car and how tyre pressures should be checked. Manufacturer's guide, use a reliable pressure gauge, check and adjust pressures when tyres are cold, don't forget spare tyre, remember to refit valve caps. Tell me how you make sure your head restraint is correctly adjusted so it provides the best protection in the event of a crash.
