We experienced first class customer service from this company! Ours was a relatively small job made more complicated by the fact that the flooring required had been discontinued by Karndean! Having trawled the internet to no avail we received a call from the company to say they had found enough tiles for our purposes in their warehouse and that any left over we could keep in case further replacements were required at a later date!! Subsequently our fitter arrived at the appointed time and did a splendid job!! We cannot recommend this company highly enough so five stars will have to suffice!!
