Services
The safety and security of our children is of paramount importance to us and access to the nursery is strictly controlled. All visitors to the nursery are required to sign the visitor's book on arrival. Any persons on the premises, be it for maintenance/servicing, visits, meetings etc, are always chaperoned by a member of staff.
We believe in doing what we can to support children's charities such as Children in Need, Barnardo's Big Toddle, Crisis, Comic Relief/Sports Relief, Jeans for Genes, Marie Curie daffodil appeal. At Little Cherubs we are passionate about childcare, believing each & every child matters. We encourage learning through imaginative & fun play to help the children grow, throughout their time with us.
The children take part in a wide range of age adapted activities both indoors and in our garden linked to each monthly theme. These themes are always flexible, we encourage spontaneous discussions and ideas from the children as much as possible. Being that special person that knows the child best and who the child will form strong bonds with.
All meals and snacks are freshly prepared on the premises each day. Our seasonal menu has recently been redesigned with ourselves and the help of Nicholas Munting MBE, to ensure children receive a nutritionally balanced, diverse range of meals. Cultural flavours & dishes have been incorporated into our menu for children to experience many tastes of the world.
The surrounding area provides parents with ample parking, and there are good transport links; buses and trains directly into London Victoria in 25 mins. The nursery drive provides parents/carers with safety and ease; dropping off and picking up throughout the day. The nursery building was originally two separate houses, which were adapted and joined together in 2004 and thus opened as a 46 place nursery.
