At SeavorChartered pride ourselves on providing a tailored, one to one personal service. We place emphasis on building strong relationships with our clients and really understanding their business and tax affairs. Having Chartered Status means our clients can have absolute peace of mind that we deal with their affairs in an honest and professional way.
We prepare accounts on behalf of sole traders, partnerships and Limited Companies to enable owners to monitor their business performance. We prepare statutory accounts in accordance with the Companies Act ready for submission to Companies House. More than a once a year meeting. A review of business performance should not be a once a year review.
We offer a full accountancy service which includes the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end accounts from accountancy software or manual records. For sole traders and partnerships we not only prepare accounts to calculate your Income Tax liability and complete your Tax Return. We also review if you should be VAT Registered or, if there are any HM Revenue & Customs VAT Schemes which would reduce your VAT liability.

Running a payroll has gone through significant change over the last couple of years with the introduction of Real Time Information and the role out of compulsory Pension Schemes (Auto-Enrollment). We offer full payroll services to businesses and can run payrolls for businesses with 2 - 200 employees!

Seavor's were recommended to me by a friend 3-4 year's ago, From day 1 the Team kept thing's simple for me and explained thing's in a way that was easy to understand as I had never had my own Company before and literally didn't have a clue and to add to this, the Seavor Team actually started the Company for me taking care of all the details including registration of the Company with Companies House etc for a small fee , well worth it especially for peace of mind. Graeme always explains things well and has a lot of helpful suggestions. All of the staff I have spoken to are friendly. They will remind you in plenty of time about things that need to be done so you don't forget anything and have handled requests for paper work from HMRC / Companies House for us when they have cropped up throughout the year, as well as end of year accounts. If you are looking for an accountant, I recommend giving them a call.
