2020 will be our 15th anniversary year and we have a wealth of experience to offer. We are really excited about 2020 and our continued effort to spread the word of Spine Fine's Chiropractors and Massage/Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist.

If you suffer with back, neck or extremity pain, symptoms that are often described as 'sciatica' or even with headaches or migraines, we're confident that Spine Fine can help with these (and many other problems), getting you back to health and fitness and getting more out of your life.If you're new to Chiropractic then we hope the information in our website helps inform you of the wonderful, non evasive, treatment that we offer.
Services
Our Chiropractors at spine fine are regulated primary healthcare professionals trained to diagnose, treat, manage and prevent disorders of the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, and muscles), as well as the effects these disorders can have on the nervous system and general health. We have a specialist interest in neck and back pain, but when we assess patients, we take their entire physical, emotional and social wellbeing into account.
Since 2005 I have owned and run, a caring clinic in the middle of busy Cross Hands. If you haven't encountered Chiropractic inspired therapies before, but you have back, neck or similar problems, we could be able to help you.

The systemic approach that we use, (drawing from Chiropractic, soft tissue therapies, sports medicine and acupuncture) can resolve problems such as aches and pains, stiffness and discomfort as well as headaches, fatigue or dizziness; sometimes, all at the same time.We skilfully manipulate joints and tissues to address your discomfort, easing muscles and creating the scope for healing.
On your first visit to Spine Fine we will carry out a detailed consultation and thorough examination to help us identify the underlying cause of your problem and to assess whether chiropractic care is suitable for you or if you need to be referred back to your general practitioner (GP) for further tests such as MRI's or X-rays.
The spine also called the vertebral column or spinal column is composed of a series of bones called vertebrae stacked one upon another. Its function is to support the weight of the head, body and extremities, protect the vital organs and spinal cord, aid locomotion and provide space for the exiting nerve roots.
This really depends on what problem you present to our clinic with. Chiropractic treatment is as safe as other mainstream manual therapies and suitable for most people (including new-born babies, older people, and pregnant women and sports enthusiasts).

Once you are back at your best, we'll help you stay healthy too, offering massage, Chiropractic care if you feel the need and tips on exercise and lifestyle to avoid slipping back in to bad habits.Probably, it will depend on the specifics of your case. Always take your GP's advice. You not need a GP's referral to try chiropractic care for yourself though and we'd be happy to discuss your case before you speak to them.

All suggested treatment well explained at first appointment. Will continue to attend for follow up sessions as advised. Thanks to all at Spinefine, professional, friendly and welcoming staff.

Went to fine spine with severe pain in my lower back which I had several years before and was worked on by another chiropractor.
The first consultation was for half an hour and I was very disappointed that Leigh did absolutely nothing tomy back but talk about it.
I was told I would probably need about 25 sessions.
When I went back for my first proper treatment session, it was only 10 minutes long and it cost £36.
When I questioned this, I was told it was called an adjustment.
What an absolute joke.
At that rate, no wonder it was going to take 25 sessions at least.
I paid the same rate to

I previously went to Leigh about 9 years ago and he helped me with my back problems. I have recently starting going again after my back was just not easing up. Within a couple of weeks I feel 100 times better. I will continue going to him to ensure I don't fall back on my treatment. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and flexible with appointments. And a massive bonus treatment does not hurt! Feel like the whole weight has been lifted off your shoulders when you have it 😊

For years I had suffered with lower back and neck pain and reached out to Spine Fine in crosshands.
The second you step into reception, it’s just warm, welcoming and super friendly! I’ve had Leigh treat me for lower back pain and neck pain. I had a number of sessions which are tailored to you, and each treatment is explained. Spine Fine Chiropractic Clinic focus on finding solution to the main problem instead of just patching you up. I would recommend Spine fine with no hesitation I can assure you you won’t regret it.

I've been seeing Leigh for a number of years for treatment now. He explains everything so well and is always very professional. His approach is really friendly and always makes me feel at ease. I now understand the importance of not just "fixing" the problem but also that regular reviews and adjustments are just as important in order to maintain a healthy body. Reception is always very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely 100% recommend Spinefine.

Being a musician and Pianist, it is essential to have my neck and back corrected over periods of time. In 2016, I arrived off tour with a crippling stoop due to an old injury from 2004. Having heard of Spine Fine....I called to see if I could have a consultation with Leigh.
I deem myself as reasonably fit, but being on a tour bus, standing on stage for three hours can lead to a disfigured posture and I was feeling the brunt of it after arriving home.
Leigh has a very professional approach, but also has the approach of someone who you've known for a long time. He put me at ease and checked my
