My Gran, who has multiple needs, moved in in December. The staff are really attentive, hard working and kind. They clearly care about the resudents and create a calm, friendly atmosphere. Gran has vastly improved since she arrived and although she still has frequent bouts of agitation due to her Alzheimer's, the majority of the time she feels safe and relaxed. She loves the food, is always given drinks and has people to talk to. The place is clean, bright and homely. The staff take time to talk to us and keep everything well documented. We moved her from a truly terrible home where she was neglected

My mum amy moved into this nursing home after being in a care home that couldn't deal with her needs any more. as soon as I looked around rivers way I knew it was the place I would like mum to go to... she was really quite poorly with dementia and Alzheimer's disease so we had to put a lot of trust in the staff. I found all the cares and nurses to be great with mums needs. always there too if I needed to discuss any of my concerns. they are happy for family to also make there self's at home. and always kept us up dated about my mum... sadly mum was only there for a short time. but I feel very grateful
