What a job they did, after taking my 20year old TT to Heckington MOT centre for repairs they always seem to get it in and out the same day for a great price too.
Recently i had my front bumper sprayed and headlights refurbished, I've been wanting this doing since buying the car, but never had a offer as good as Sam and Rods. The completed job left my 20 year old TT looking brand new and very good quality spray was done and I thought my headlights were brand new. Over the moon with the works.

Turned up for the appointment, it wasn't ready and I had to insist (it wasn't local). A mechanic have it a quick safety check and I tested it. Fuel warning light was on I had to put £10 diesel in. Left a deposit, which included a service and MOT.
I collected it the next week and had to ask if it had been serviced as the service light indicators were red, instead of five green lights.
I rang the telephone being answered as Heckington MOT center, the car on a forecourt below a sign reading Heckington MOT Center, I was given a receipt from a company called Cars & Bikes!

I brought many cars from these guys and used them for servicing cars. Never been disappointed. Always on time , friendly and professional service. Never opened the bonnet before purchasing a new vehicle. Always everything spot on... Dangerous! They did an oil change service on my wife’s VW Golf and didn’t tighten the drain nut properly. This resulted in a slow leak. I tried to get the car back in with them but they had no availability so I went elsewhere.
This cost me over £70 to sort out due to their shoddy workmanship. I have spent countless time on the phone being passed around the houses, from the receptionist to manager then service manager. Now I can’t get hold of anyone.

I went to this garage to get my car looked at and on arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady who informed me what was about to take place I was completely shocked by the helpful attitude as a previous garage I have used was non-informative and cold. I was made a hot drink and asked to sit in the waiting area, A short time afterwards a technician who was working on my car invited me into the workshop and explained both verbally and visually the problems with my car I had no idea what the parts were but he explained it to me in a way that made perfect sense. Been using Rodney for our car's for a while now and cannot fault. service is excellent. He goes to all lengths to help you out. staff on the desk are very helpful and friendly. Went in to sort out our vw campervan and walked away with a nice little runner for the wife. would highly recommend heckington mot garage.

We cannot recommend Heckington MOT Centre enough fantastic friendly and helpful staff who talked us through costs and what parts would be required in order to carry out the tasks. Very pleased with the quoted price and they even dropped us back off in the village.
Reception kept us updated of progress and went the extra mile in calling us to ask if we wished to go ahead with a repair that they had identified that needed
