Can't fault Alfreton Insurance services! Professional, polite and very helpful. We already had insurance through them and it was only natural to see if they could help first. I wasn't dissappointed, they were given a tight time frame to work in with some variables, they returned the quote, a solution and a good price, swiftly. A brilliant service from begining to end by Josh, so much so that I emailed his mananger to say so. Remember, you aren't getting a chat robot, call centre, your getting a person on the end of the phone that can give you that customer service that is often lacking now a days
