SPB Building Limited is a general building contractor specialising in refurbishment and new construction for Housing Associations. We have carried out a large number of projects for Genesis and N.H.H.T Housing Associations over the last 30 years. We specialise in refurbishment and conversions with contract values up to 1,000,000 and design and build of similar contract value.
