This is the worst GP . Please don’t register here because you will never get an appointment until you die . Someone should inform higher authority for their receptionist behavior

Went to the GP and a mixed race receptionist was extremely rude to me and not approachable. Don’t go to this GP until they find better staff.

Disgusting service they are giving ,
starting from receptionists and the doctors expect few of them , you are not there to make patients better , you guys are there to make disease worse . How come a health sector works so slow like this while u have to act accordingly? I feel like helpless , powerless , I wonder you are still there operating , my situation got worse because they delay to prescribe a medicine and for 5 min doctor talk I have to wait a week for an appointment. And a lot happen to me in this Gp , You are a disgrace. Shame on you . Would rather change Gp .

I do not understand why prescribing a medication can take longer than a week, please explain this to me? and every time I call in, I get mixed messages from receptionist from “sorry were so busy” to “call back later they should be ready” stop making excuses. RUBBISH AND AVOID.

I suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis and the level of care and understanding is disgusting. They don’t care about your mental health and worst of you could never get an appointment. I would never complain but after recent behaviour I had to express my disappointment.

Rubbish surgery, impossible to get an appointment. All they say is 'call tomorrow'. Go elsewhere. Online booking is equally rubbish -earliest appointment is in 3 weeks. Rude receptionist too.

~ This review is sorely based on 'The Azad Practice', which is the 1st floor of the Boleyn Medical Centre. ~
This is the missus local GP, so I've been here with her many times over the years...
The location of this centre wasn't hard to find or anything, if you're local, getting here is easy as but if this wasn't the case, there is the local buses that go through here.If you were looking for like a train station, Upton Park and East Ham are you options.
The place itself is fine, it has your local GP feel, doesn't seem too old, it has enough seating for your average day, baby changing section
