Shane and the team recently changed our tired, dark and dated bathroom into a stunning, light and airy wet room/bathroom. From our initial meeting to discuss the art of the possible until the work team left on completion, we had no doubt we were in the hands of total professionals. From the outset, visiting the showroom and discussing our requirements & expectations (and having visited several other bathroom companies in the area) it was clear LBI were different. They were interested, friendly, non-pushy and had some great ideas, even for things that were not on show. The whole process of putting together a design, quotation and statement of work, was very easy and nothing was too much trouble. Lakeland Bespoke Interiors have been incredibly professional and helpful during my bathroom renovation. The Villeroy and Boch toilet and seat cover arrived totally damaged and I was told by many suppliers that it would take 6-8 weeks to get new ones. Lakeland (Shane and Mathew) managed to get these items within a week and I can't thank them enough. I therefore highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
