James recently fitted us in at short notice for a new bathroom install, due to a slow leak from the bathroom they weren't the cheapest quote but you can tell the difference (as we've used the 'cheapest' quote before) the time they spent getting the floor correct before moving on. Shows they take pride in their work and what to ensure the longevity of what they do.
We also use them for boiler cover which is worth the investment, any issues they are straight out to fix.
