Services
Customer service starts with your order. Whatever we do our goal is simple: ensure our clients are fully satisfied with a solution from Flare Products. We work with you by providing a first class, prompt service to ensure your flare system continues to perform to your exacting requirements meeting strict environmental standards.
The control panel is responsible for controlling and monitoring the flare system. The set up and operation is the same for elevated, ground or skid mounted flares. Depending on specification and scope, the control panel can take many different shapes or forms.
It will typically contain indication lamps, e-stop, isolator, selector switches, relays, ignition transformer, timers and temperature controllers, all clearly labelled making them easy to use.We fabricate special enclosures, housings or racking systems to your unique specifications. And, depending on the zonal classification of the area, the control panel can be either remote from the pipeline or local.

On a standard installation gas is piped up to the inlet of the system where there will be a manual isolation valve. A pilot/ignitor off-take is next in line to take the gas for the pilot and ignition system. The first line is the pilot line and will normally start with two solenoid valves in-series and carry on through an air injector to provide the correct gas/air mix into the pilot tip.
We fabricate most of our own components; including air injectors, pilot windshields, pilot nozzles, high temperature burners and air control louvres for our combustion chambers. We are able to offer general fabrication facilities from our in-house workshop including bespoke carbon steel and stainless steel pipework to suit your requirements.
Our flare system solutions are put through their paces every day by our clients around the world who need to purify water, eliminate waste gases or manage landfill. Meeting rigorous productivity, environmental and performance standards is no easy task which is why we recommend all our flare systems are serviced regularly, preferably at six month intervals.
