Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the "responsible person" must carry out a Fire Safety Risk Assessment.

Your Risk Assessment plays an important part of implementing and maintaining your Fire Management Plan, with the emphasis on preventing fires and reducing risks, together with ensuring the safety of everyone who uses your premises and in the immediate vicinity. We will work closely with you to ensure that you have completed any works required within your Risk Assessment and continually advise you, so that you can accomplish these targets.

K T Fire Protection Ltd has been established since 1975 and is a dedicated family run business now entering its 3rd generation. With our team of long-standing engineers with a cumulative experience of over 100 years, we know a thing or two about our industry. The Company provides a service of maintaining Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems and supplies and maintains portable Fire Fighting Equipment.
We are able to service and maintain a majority of Fire Protection equipment within any property, even if the system was not installed by us. Our skilled Engineers are knowledgeable of most systems and will do their utmost to identify and rectify any faults within the system. Regular servicing of all equipment will ensure you are compliant with British Standards and potentially reduce unwanted false alarms.
