The ultimate satisfaction for us in our business is to see a customers face when they receive their piece back from us. There is great pleasure in buying something but nothing beats the feeling when something you love and cherish glistens like new. The majority of repairs can be done on site and we can usually have your item back to you in no time at all.

I used Taylor for my engagement ring back in 2017 after being recommended by a close friend and the piece was perfect. Since I have used him for my daughters first piece of jewellery and a beautiful locket for my wife; Xmas 2021.
I can't rate him highly enough, the service is up unbeatable.

Perfect experience from start to finish. After a bad engagement ring resizing experience with a different well known jeweler I turned to Mason to fix the damage and return the ring to its beauty. Taylor and Mason were amazingly receptive to the situation and Mason talked me through exactly what he was going to do.
The ring is now beautiful again and I have learnt a lesson, find a jeweler you can trust. If you need work done to a ring I highly recommend Crafted Jewellery. Not only was the work they carried out perfectly done, they did it in an open and friendly manner that actually made it all

A late review - but had to write about the great experience we've had with Crafted. Taylor was great from start to finish and helped us pick out the perfect wedding rings. Service went the extra mile from multiple meetings, expert advice, complimentary services included without hesitation and even bought us some coffees when we told them we loved the local coffee shop! Good communication throughout. Accommodating. Genuine. And Friendly.

Had my much cherished gold curb bracelet repaired as the clasp end cap had snapped. Mason was ever so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even advised to have both end caps replaced to match as the design had changed. Very professional job and looks like new again, even gave it a lovely polish too. Definitely deserve the 5 stars. Thanks guys
