Peaceful Minds
In light of new government guidelines I will be seeing clients in my office with strict distancing measures and sanitizing of surfaces. Do you have a problem stopping you from living life as richly, happily and effectively as you desire? Anxiety, insomnia, depression, fear, or just smoking when you wish you didn't - they can really take the zest out of life, can't they?

Dozens of people have come to me over the years suffering from these conditions; many at the end of their tether. Successful professionals, executives and entrepreneurs, busy parents. People just like you. And I take great pride in my success record; sending them on their way happy, empowered, stress-free and in control once more.
Services
My therapy sessions are efficient and educational. I help my clients understand and eliminate unwanted feelings, behaviours and thoughts and replace them with healthy life changing ones. My clients come to me not to feel better but to get better. Once they understand how they tick, the skills and tools learnt are with them for the rest of their lives.
Millions of people suffer from sleeping disorders at some point in their lives. There are more people who suffer from chronic prolonged insomnia than you would expect. For anybody who has had such sleeping issues understand how this condition can negatively affect many areas of one's life. Insomnia not only makes you feel physically tired, but also drains a person mentally as well.
Experiencing feelings of shame can be very unpleasant and may lead to future problems in a person's life. Feelings of shame are usually brought on by having unhealthy beliefs about yourself due to a past shameful event that may be revealed publicly, which you believe will cause others to show disapproval or worse, as a result of what you have done.
Relationship problems can vary from currently being in a difficult relationship or a relationship that is causing some kind of problem to still having feelings from a past relationships many years ago. Either way relationships are complicated matters that produce intense emotion in the human body.
Blushing is an involuntary physical response that can lead to feelings of embarrassment and self consciousness. Blushing can be triggered by a range of emotions such as: embarrassment itself, shame and guilt. What makes blushing worse is the way it intensifies by knowing or believing you are blushing.

Sian is just the loveliest, she makes you feel extremely at ease as if you’re talking to a friend, in the short time i’ve been seeing her, she has helped me massively. CBT is such a fantastic therapy and I highly recommended Sian to be your therapist of choice :)

I couldn't recommend Sian highly enough - she helped me from one of my lowest points to feeling confident and happy again in just five weeks. The CBT techniques she taught me have given me the tools to change the way I think about situations that used to give me crippling anxiety. For me, the hypnotherapy was also a great addition as it means I can revert to the recording whenever I feel like I'm going off track. Working with Sian has been life-changing for me.
