Bought a particular part not too common any longer due to the car not being made any longer, but World Car Parts had it! Not only that, it was cheaper than anywhere on the net. It was clearly marked on the website as to what vehicle models it fitted, along with price, delivery and a picture. Couldn't be any more simple.

I ordered a TPS for my French Hyundai Coupe, which my local garage here in France was unable to get hold of. Part ordered arrived in good time. Very pleased with the service provided. Would not hesitate to use these again! I rang these guys to check the part application [a crank position sensor] and the phone was answered within three rings.

Sold me a part 13 months ago. It failed and I contacted customer services and got the CEO of the company (I think it's probably a very small operation) replied stating that as there is only a 12 month warranty he wasn't going to do anything about it. A bigger company would just apologise, send out a replacement, gain a loyal customer and a five star review. Not Hakan in his lock up at "World" Car Parts.

Excellent - phoned to see if I could get next day delivery on an ABS sensor for my car... The chap who answered the phone didn't want to take payment until he was 100% sure it was the right part - I gave him my REG etc and he spent some time phoning around to confirm it was definitely the right part before sending it out to me, and it did indeed arrive next day - TOP Service!
