Paul joined the practice in 1993, becoming fully qualified in 1996 and took over the role of Senior Partner at our Southampton office in 2004, with a wealth of experience and knowledge in leisure and education sectors. For him the most fulfilling part of the job is seeing a project through from inception to completion and (hopefully) witnessing a Client's delight with results that should exceed their expectations.
Phil has been with us since 1988, and over the years has become the go-to for masterplanning schemes, and now runs the majority of the projects for retail and leisure, working hard to build a good rapport with Clients and to deliver a high quality service. Leo became a Partner in 2004, having been at Saunders since 1977, and has steered the Coventry office as the sole Senior Partner since 2016.

We are a long-established Southampton and Coventry Architectural practice, established 1922. We have a broad spectrum of experience covering all sectors but with a particularly strong portfolio in retail, commercial, education and leisure schemes. Our varied projects range from small refurbishments to large development projects and for both private and public sector clients, under traditional and design & build forms of procurement.
Over the past few years we have invested in expanding our offering to include CGI and architectural visualisation. We have very skilled technicians who can deliver high quality CG models and imagery for your projects with a keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for storytelling that compelling imagery requires.
Whilst we are not looking to fill any specific vacancies at the moment, we are always keen to hear from enthusiastic and exceptional individuals and will accept speculative applications.
