Technology is an integral part of the Silsden & Steeton experience and we work really hard to constatantly evolve and improve our service in this way. From our small Control Room in Bradley Road we handle around 30,000 calls a month and behind the scenes there's a 5 person call centre working around the clock.

Usually a really reliable fair priced taxi service for the most part, recently however the drivers haven't known the price of the fare when usually they have it priced on their phones with the drop off location. This has happened on 3 occasions. 1st occasion we were asked the usual fare price and we were not sure so we guessed based on similar journeys and we felt as though wed been accused of ripping them off when we didn't know and he didn't know as he rang their service and spoke about us as if we were not there. Second time the price of the taxi was £6.50 and I knew this as I had done the

Tried booking using the app but didn't go through, rang up and the guy sounded like he had just got up and couldn't be bothered, said card machine was down. I asked if I could transfer he said no & hung up. Searched for money at home (who carries cash anymore) found £2.95, rang back asking if as a one off would accept 5p less as use every time I get a train, to a point blank no. Ended up missing my train because I couldn't get a taxi. Finally after searching again found 20p behind the sofa, tried booking with cash on the app for it again to not go through. So had to ring & his attitude was awful

I do not anticipate a reply based on tonight's controller's general manner and the fact that your web site appears to be down (email discovered from a google search). Has there been a change of management?
We have been regular customers for many years - you were our go to cab firm and company to recommend - not after tonight.
I do not know who your controller was tonight. It is his manner that has lost you custom of at least two households.
We telephoned to inquire about a late booking only to be told we had not answered the phone and the cab had left. No telephone
