I have been trying to get a response from the relevant contact at Beeston Shenton for what feels like a lifetime. I made a straightforward enquiry regarding permitted development rights and was given inadequate advice back; so inadequate that the company handling current building works dubbed it as "Incredibly bad legal advice".
I continue to try to get a simple email reply (god willing, a satisfactory conclusion to my enquiry), and as of yet no luck.
If I could rate them a zero, I would. If I had the energy, I would be even more scathing.
