Been going in for batteries twice now,and the batteries do last 5 years. Went in the benign hope I could get a roof rack for my 30 year old car. Not only did I get lucky but the guy went out and fitted it for me while smiling all the time and regaling me with fascinating stories about cars. Admittedly I did have to wait a while before I got served but I don't let that sort of thing phase me out lol.

I hate to disagree with the other reviewers as, good though the staff are, the reason I have used DRB since they first opened is that they have excellent opening hours and a vast stock. This means that whenever I need something NOW, I can usually count on DRB to have it. For a relatively small shop, they stock everything you would expect and a bit more and at competitive prices.
If you need specialist parts, they can usually order them in for a fairly short time, i.e. within a day or two for most things, and will advise on the best alternatives.

It's the staff that make this store so successful they literally can not be any more helpful, no problem coming out and checking your car over to make sure you get the correct component, they are very knowledgable as well
