Disappointed with Tchibo's very unprofessional service. We have been a customer of their for 6 years, and have had to cancel our direct debit with them on more than one occasion due to them incorrectly invoicing for hundreds of pounds. Despite acknowledging their mistakes, they keep making them.

I have a restaurant that has been forced to close because of covid but tchibo still want full payment even try threatening you it's discusting also watch out for the hidden £65 per month avoid avoid avoid

The company are a joke! Terrible tasting coffee with a machine that operated as and when it wanted. The rep was a waste of space, I actualy had to call him from a different phone one day as he was blanking my calls. Stay away from them!!!

Rubbish organisation shaming German efficiency. The German's should ban this sham from operating abroad under the assumed banner, "we're from Germany" - these people will put out offers where you buy something, wait for an age, it won't arrive, you won't be informed, and then you call, and ultimately, they tell you they won’t be charging your card because the item is unavailable and is not going to be available again. But it was the way they just conveyed it too, in this matter of fact way!! Further why should I chase to find out that my order is never going to arrive !!? Appalling - stick to

One of these machines were in a gym i work in. It was always broken, no effort to fix it from the company.
After many times the boss tried to get it sorted for his members. Would never go with this company !!

Extremely poor. Was sent the wrong item. We returned the item on November 5th for them to say they don’t even have the right item in stock. Am still waiting on a refund!! Phones were down, tried to contact multiple times. We’re told last month the refund would be processed in three working days. Still waiting. Would not recommend. Also they used a whole 40cm long box with extra packaging to send us a box of coffee filters (15cm length). Unimpressed.

Great company and great coffee.
Have visited the sight a number of times and have been given wonderful coffee from their main bar area.
The machines offer business a great and easy way to generate money from automated coffee cups, which do work out profitable compared to other coffee companies.

Their online store is great. Quick, easy and well priced. My local hotel spa also has Tchibo coffee in there, tastes delicious!

If you want to risk your money and waste your time that's the way to go. Shop online and wait for it. If There's nothing or you had damaged item, give them a call but no one picks the calls, if someone picks the person is never a responsible person who has no access the info you need. If you patient enough you'll get a call back with a completely different altitude and solve your issue. if you trust and fool again to shop, whole circle starts from zero. We did use their service only 5 times but they never managed to send the right items or items in acceptable conditions nor managed to send the

Terrible online shopping on Turkey. Before go back home I have ordered online bed for my baby. 12 days past I have only half of that half of bed is missing. I am calling them since 5 days nobody know where the bed is. I go back for Christmas no place to sleep my baby.
It is understandable why they do not have online or shops in UK to sell other staff.
