Sadly, after driving for 45 minutes to get to Georgina Scott, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, my bridesmaid and I were given a cold welcome which did not provide a good start to the appointment.
I did not feel as if the lady serving us, I believe her name was Joe, really cared about helping me find the right dress. Both my bridesmaid and I felt awkward and uncomfortable throughout the appointment due to the lady's manner with us.
We were briefly shown the different styles of dresses and were not even told that we could look through the dresses. My bridesmaid had to ask 'Can

I had the most amazing experience at Georgina Scott Bridal yesterday. I must admit i was dreading shopping for a wedding dress, i was so nervous and was worried i wouldn't like any of the styles or nothing would fit me properly being a slightly curvy 5 ft women. The moment i met Abbi i immediately felt a lot better as she was really down to earth and bubbly, it felt like shopping with one of the girls. She didn't try to force anything on me or make me try anything on i didn't like instead she just stayed quiet and let me tell her what i liked or disliked about the dresses and found similar dresses

Disappointing experience at Georgia Scott. The lady dealing with us got my name wrong throughout the appointment (despite it obviously being on the booking information) and made little effort to include the bridal party in anything. Very small area given to our appointment, and the member of staff insisted on giving me no privacy when in the changing area. As a size 16 bride, I am conscious of my body image and had called different stores to ensure I only made appointments with stores that would have sample sizes that I could fit in. This store assured me they did, but there were few available
