We have been working in the insurance sector for over 11 years and are one of the largest providers of Asbestos Sampling, Asbestos Surveying and. We work with a vast number of leading construction companies throughout the UK, having successfully gained 'approved supplier' status in completing. We have vast proven and demonstrable experience of successfully managing and completing works to budget and often time precious timescales.

One of the key objectives when working with asbestos is to prevent the spread of asbestos fibres during the removal process and so the rigorous controls that we have in place by default to protect or workforce, also pays significant environmental dividends in that we don't pollute the environment with deadly asbestos fibres.

Reviews say it all. Poor communication, they contradict themselves, are incompetent, make up lies to blame others, take zero responsibility failings, zero customer service in fact they seem to relish antagonising customers to the point where I had to block all emails and phone call. Steer well clear if your insurance company suggest using is outfit.

This is a truly awful company with zero empathy for customers. I've been waiting weeks for an asbestos removal job to be completed. On the day of the job, they turned up to the wrong address in the next building and then cancelled without notification. I then spoke to their customer service call handlers who offered no help and were refusing to answer my calls to try and get the job re-booked. AVOID.

Reading the other reviews for this company after they were appointed by my insurance company I was extremely nervous about them coming to carry out work in our home. I felt compelled to write a review as my whole experience with them over the past week has been quick, informative, reassuring and the complete opposite to everything else I had read! From the first contact with Alesha over the phone to Ben's visit today to remove the asbestos, service was 5*

Why do insurance firms use companies like this. These people are awful. Their incompetence and failure in engage common sense or a sense of urgency has left my parents out of their home for months longer than they should have been. Don't bother complaining to these people. All they do is stand in front of you and blurt out protocol and try to make you look stupid. Obviously any lack of action taken, delays or anything else which they paid in integral part in, were of course the fault of anybody else but them. If you have a choice do not allow this company to do work for you. Great at removing asbestos

One star is too good, this company has left My family including two young daughters looking for somewhere to sleep tonight because they took our ceiling down & when I returned home we had a leak from the waste pipe & a flooded bathroom & dining room. We cannot use the only toilet & cannot access the kitchen as we can't move the furniture back into the dining room until the leak is fixed.We were meant to have another ceiling put up tomorrow but now can't.
I asked repeatedly if they could have caused damage whilst removing the ceiling but was fobbed off & told it must have been leaking & we didn

Despite being informed by insurance company that we had suspected asbestos in our dining room ceiling, they took weeks to come to test and then weeks further to book removal of the ceiling. Oh and by the way, their customer service (!) lines only work from 9-5 on weekdays, when most people are at work and unable to call; they have only two people who take calls; for some reason, information that could help is not transferred between employees- only one person can deal with the inquiry; and if you do finish work early and try to call
