Islabikes was born in 2006 when former professional cyclist and triple British cyclo-cross champion Isla Rowntree set about changing the future of children's bikes. As the cycling expert in her family and group of friends, Isla found that she was being asked for recommendations for bikes for their young children.

The rider should stand with their back to a wall in socks, ensuring the feet are flat on the floor. Mark where the bottom of the book touches the wall and measure straight down to the floor. Next, consult our size chart to determine which bike is most suitable. Our minimum requirements for each model are 'absolute' so the rider must meet both height and inside leg minimums for a safe and comfortable fit.
Delivery will be up to 7 working days from the date of ordering. We will email you to let you know once your bike has left us, it should then arrive the following working day* between 8am and 6pm and will need signing for. For Isle of Man your delivery may take up to 2 working days following despatch.
