I had lost all power and another engineer had been but could not find where the fault was. Mr Kapasi from this company found the fault very quickly, which was a damaged cable outside. He was very helpful on telling me how this problem had been caused and how it should be fixed.

It was an emergency callout on a Friday Night!. Bakir has to travel a long distance to my place to restore the power. He is clearly an expert in his field and very professional. Explained the issue perfectly and provided the solution as well.
