Just came back from 4 days here and honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed, the staff were nothing but rude me and my 70 year old grandma got called many appalling names such as a c***. This is disgusting behaviour and top it off the rooms were disgusting I don’t think they’ve ever seen a hoover or brush in their lives. How this place is still going I’ll never know

Booked in for bank holiday weekend so as of yet not stayed there, I phoned up because I got charged £285 instead of £170 and the lady on the phone was very rude insisting the refund should only be £85 instead of £115 she then went to check and said the refund will be £115 (still with attitude) didn’t apologise for her mistake or the mistake of the hotel in the first place… not looking good so far, hopefully the hotel is better than the receptionist.

What an awful place.
Booked 2 night stay as my dog had to go to the vet hospital and needed to rest for a day before travelling home. Bathroom absolutely disgusting had to clean it all before using. Host never around to contact and doesn't answer phone, shame on him for taking £170 of our hard earned money. Oh and 20 for the dog. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CLEAN BEFOREHAND 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely disgusting, spiders on the walls, strong smell of damp in the room, dirty and very dirty room and carpet, very dirty kettle, dirty and sticky remote control and list can go on. Tried to contact reception at 10 30 pm but nobodyb answered the door and nobody answers the phone. Worse hotel i ever stayed.will try to sort out a refund from booking.com

Bedding smells dusty, everything is cheaper than budget. We only stayed as last room available on Bank Holiday. The star ratings must be false. Toilet paper was so thin, the shower was mouldy and rusty including the shower head that it made me feel dirtier to get in and honestly contemplated just using baby wipes to avoid going in, no water pressure, and all doors slam, no soap or anything provided. Absolutely gross place. Hope it gets inspected soon! Appreciated we had somewhere to stay last minute but will definitely not recommend or return even if it’s within someone’s budget! No care to
