Had an appointment booked for yearly servicing/cleaning of my boiler. They didn't turn up on the arranged day, didn't answer calls or bothered to call to let me know they're not coming. I took a day off from work for this appointment. Horrible company with zero work ethic or reliability.
Update: since then they've acknowledged the mistake, apologized and carried out the job free of charge.

Had a new boiler fitted within a few days of placing the order,price was extremely competitive. Had the pleasure in dealing with Ewan and he definitely recommended the right one for us. The work team were very professional and helpful,all cleaned and hoovered up after the job was done. After a few days of it being fitted we decided we wanted to replace one of our radiators it was swapped over again within a few days. Couldn’t recommend these guys anymore.

Tommy was great on my boiler service today - friendly, professional and informative. These are a great bunch of guys who do fantastic work. They are always friendly and clean up after themselves. My family has now has three boilers fitted by them and we’ll definitely use them again for any property we have.

Excellent service from MPH Boilers. Installed a condensed boiler for me three years ago that I've had no problems with whatsoever. Their follow-up maintenance service is excellent as they make contact with you when the boiler's yearly service is due and the cost is very reasonable. A definite 5 stars from me.

Excellent service fitted a new boiler 4 years ago. Very good and clean job. Fitting the boiler they flushed full system. Not had any issues. Every year since I have had a call to remind me when time for the service to keep the warranty valid. The engineer calls to confirm when they would be here and carried out the service and cleaned everything before they left. Very professional friendly service and reasonably priced.

The longer version - From the first Quotation to the final installation was very professional, they were slightly more expensive than other quotes I received but the 10 year warranty and the time scale they offered was unbeatable, from the moment I decided to go with MPH Boilers they were very fast considering the present situation, everything was installed and flushed within one day and all up and running perfectly, the boiler they recommended which I was worried about at the start is perfect

An efficient, fantastic value, friendly, fast, eager to help company. I can't recommend highly enough. So happy with my new boiler. They didn't leave any mess at all. I'd had a quote from a competitor and MPH beat it hands down. Did the work in one day. Competitors said 2 days and needed to move my boiler and roof tiles to accommodate the chimney. MPH didn't need to do any of that. One very "warm" satisfied customer.
