We have been with Ben and his team from Battersea & Nine Elms Estate for a few years now for both sales and lettings. Without any exaggeration I say that they are the best estate agent I have ever worked with. Extremely professional but very friendly, fair with costs and always there to help and advise. I just rented a flat through Battersea & Nine Elms Estate, honestly, I was very pleased with the fact that they were very attentive to my needs and requirements. Not every agency works like this. I have been with 5 agencies in the past years and this is one of my favorites (I had only one before that). Ben has been fabulous for finding me the perfect flat and making an offer. Patricia and Simone amazing for taking care of all the paperwork and giving me advices. And the same goes for Anna, my property manager with whom I am sooo pleased 😃, there were some little issues in the flat and she organised

Home search can be intense and stressful, after a long journey of viewings, offers and ups/ downs the team at Battersea & Nine Elms Estate did a stellar job at helping us find THE flat of our dreams.
