Exmoor is beautiful. Full of hidden valleys.
It's not the most majestic or awe inspiring place but it is my favourite place on earth.

I am very fortunate to live on the edge of this beautiful national park. A ten minute drive and I am up on the top of this wonderful moor. Highly recommend a visit to this very special place taking in the moor and the coast. Lots of historical places to visit and the scenery is spectacular 💖

Valley or rock's awsome place a decent place to recharge and relax great walks back to Lynton along side the rocks overlooking the sea keep your eye on the water for a pod of dolphins hevanly place

Fabulous place to walk. Wonderful moors, beautiful river valleys, great little ponies. Pretty villages. Perfect for a camping holiday.

Brilliant National Park. Managed to fin some really nice walks during our trip Exmoor. All the locals that we came across were very friendly. This place is brilliant for cycling, walking/hiking/running. Weather can be changeable quite quickly, so just be aware of that before setting out for the day.

Various areas visited, Porlock Weir, Lynmouth, the toll road between Porlock Weir and Lynmouth, Withypool, and Simonsbath. This place has excellent eateries, coffee shops and as you can extremely beautiful towns and countryside. These photographs were taken the day after huge hailstorms and we had good sunshine.

There are nice and easy coastal paths, many parking areas and camping spots where you can easily pitch a tent. You are likely to spot red deers on the surrounding hills. At times you are trekking on a hill brushed by the wind, at others you go through the woods for a change of scenario. Easy for all the family. I personally did without trekking footwear, just normal vans, but I'd always advise to wear good footwear.
The rain for four stars is that it's not as spectacular as other places, it's difficult to get to the water from the cliffs, in my opinion.
