Absolutely disgusting owner! No manners no etiquette. I was in the shop for ten minutes alone before she decided to show her face & serve me. The assistant was polite & courteous. I asked for a pair of metallic gold shoes & the owner literally rammed the shoes down my neck took them & stomped off. Rude, throughly unprofessional. Such a shame as the fashion shops in the vicinity had impeccable standards & were highly qualified & extremely polite staff 👎

I always try to support small local businesses rather than shopping at high street stores and have been especially conscious of this considering the current climate however I am saddened to say that I had a terrible experience with a recent purchase from the saltaire store. The customer service was beyond poor and actually terribly rude,… disrespectful and patronising. On requesting a return/refund of a faulty pair of boots I was told that I could not have a refund, despite still being within the 30 days as stipulated by consumer rights and she claimed this was because ‘they were not

Returns policy not worth anything. Bought some shoes for holiday but when packing decided they were too tight and I would change them after 2 week holiday. After checking with manager (in their ivory tower upstairs) the shop assistant informed me that I was over my 7 days exchange policy so they weren’t willing to do anything. I didn’t even want a refund just to change them for a larger shoe, either same style or if unavailable a similar one. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy to come and tell me herself but relayed the message via the assistant. Shops like this with their inflexible

Extortionate prices!!! I saw a pair of Alpe boots, Nadia boots to be specific, on the website for around £139 but when I checked on the original website, they were 77.95 euros, which is still NOT THE SAME PRICE WHEN CONVERTED TO POUNDS!!!

To the extent they changed their website and lied to myself and a specialist cleaner, rather than assist us to get a replacement from the manufacturer....
Companies like this do not deserve to be in business.... it was such a shame too as the staff were lovely

Horrendous experience at Walk in Style at Saltaire... I was sold a faulty - now totally unwearable jumpsuit £185 ...
The worst thing is, is that they gave advice to my specialist cleaner and then when the colour ran following their advice... they changed their website and lied about it!!! Bloody disgraceful.... greedy owner!!! We have evidence of these things to take it to court but I just want a quick resolution and my money back.
I have given them 3 months to sort it out... the owner has not returned one call and they have my £185....they promised me a replacement before 20.9.18... no surprises

This was the worst shopping experience ever. One staff member made me feel an inch high when I wanted to try anything other than she suggested, and the owner was rude and patronising. My daughter felt she had to appease them for having a different opinion and left feeling tearful. The only reason I bought anything there was because I like the shoes so much, but neither of us will ever go back. The one star rating they do get is for the great selection they have.
