Garden and Dean Cottage are both Family & Dog Friendly with Garden Cottage having Disabled Facilities. Owner Sally aims to provide home from home comforts to ensure her guests stay is memorable, whether it be their 1st visit or a returning one to the cottage. Both Cottages have attained TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for some years & Airbnb has awarded Sally with their Superhost Status.

Many activities are available locally such as kayaking, bouldering, llama walks, bike hire. Kirriemuir, Glamis, and Forfar all have lots of activities to offer and places to see, for all ages. Kirriemuir is the birthplace of Peter Pan creator J.M Barrie and is also home to one of only 4 Camera Obscura's in Scotland.

Garden Cottage is a wonderful place to stay. The cottage was so comfortable, it is in a fabulous location for walkers, we had a dog with us, the garden was perfectly secure, and a welcome pack was left for the dog as well as us. Our welcome pack included the best handmade produce, and we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. I can not recommend this cottage enough.
