We have invested in updated MOT test equipment which has helped us streamline our MOT testing operation to ensure the fastest possible turn around of vehicles while fully complying with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) testing requirements. At Ashford MOT Centre you can be sure of getting a professional, unbiased test, as we don't carry out any repairs.
Every vehicle in the UK that is more than three years old needs to be tested to ensure that it complies with at least the minimum road safety and environmental standards. When your vehicle is tested, we look at some important items to see if they meet the legal requirements.

We are authorised to undertake MOT examinations for classes I, II, III, IV, V(L), and VII as well as being large enough to cope with motor homes and fleet management.

The MOT scheme is primarily a road safety measure designed to ensure as far as possible that all cars, motorcycles and light goods vehicles more than 3 years old are properly maintained and at least once a year are examined at an authorised MOT test station to make sure that they comply with certain important requirements of the law.
